Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Temlo, including its website, application and connected social-media services.

Effective date: August 26, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the Temlo website at temlo.ai, the Temlo application atapp.temlo.ai, or related Temlo services.

By using Temlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. The Temlo service

Temlo provides tools that may include social-media content creation, scheduling, publishing, account management, engagement automation and related functionality.

Features may change as the product evolves, and not every feature may be available to every user, plan, account type or connected social platform.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Temlo account and for activities carried out through it.

Information you provide to Temlo should be accurate, and you must not impersonate another person or organisation or access an account you are not authorised to use.

4. Connected social-media accounts

Temlo may allow you to connect accounts from third-party platforms, including services provided by Meta Platforms such as Instagram.

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to administer.

By connecting an account, you authorise Temlo to perform actions that you request or configure using permissions granted through the relevant platform.

5. Meta and Instagram

Temlo is an independent service and is not Meta Platforms, Instagram or Facebook.

Your use of Meta services remains subject to Meta's applicable terms, policies and platform rules.

Meta may change its APIs, permissions, review requirements, availability or functionality at any time. Such changes may affect features available through Temlo.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Temlo, subject to any rights held by others.

You grant Temlo the limited rights necessary to process, store, transmit and publish that content in order to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and publish all content submitted through Temlo.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Temlo to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • infringe another person's intellectual-property rights;
  • impersonate, deceive, harass or unlawfully target others;
  • publish content or perform actions through accounts you are not authorised to control;
  • circumvent Meta, Instagram or other third-party platform rules or technical restrictions;
  • interfere with or attempt to compromise the security, availability or operation of Temlo;
  • obtain unauthorised access to other Temlo accounts, systems or information; or
  • use Temlo for spam, unlawful automation or other abusive activity.

8. Automated and AI-assisted features

Temlo may provide automated or AI-assisted functionality, including content suggestions.

Such output may not always be accurate, appropriate or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for decisions made using Temlo-generated suggestions.

9. Publishing and scheduling

Temlo may allow you to request immediate or scheduled publishing to connected platforms.

Publishing can depend on third-party APIs, internet connectivity, platform availability, account permissions and other factors outside Temlo's control.

Temlo does not guarantee that content will always be published at an exact requested time or that every third-party publishing request will succeed.

10. Third-party services

Certain Temlo functionality depends on services provided by third parties.

Temlo is not responsible for outages, restrictions, suspensions, policy changes or other actions taken by those third-party services.

11. Plans and paid services

Temlo may offer free, trial and paid plans. Features, limits, pricing and billing terms may vary by plan and may change over time.

Where a paid service is offered, applicable pricing and billing information will be presented before you purchase the service.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Temlo at any time.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Temlo or its users, comply with legal or platform requirements, respond to abuse or security issues, or address a material violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy and data deletion

14. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Temlo may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, failures, third-party outages, software changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary as the service evolves.

15. Disclaimer

Temlo is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific social-media results, audience growth, business outcomes, engagement levels or successful publication through every third-party platform.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Temlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use Temlo or from the operation of third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Temlo evolves or where legal, operational or third-party platform requirements change.

When changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated.
