Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing period so you can continue using your current plan until then.
Temlo does not delete your content because you change plans. If existing scheduled content does not fit the new plan, we'll ask you to review it before the plan change can complete.
Business and Pro include content publishing. Starter and Plus are automation-focused plans and do not include publishing.
Pro includes Reels. Business supports image Posts and Stories but does not include Reels.
No. Content is counted by how you publish it. A video published as a Post counts as one Post, while a Reel counts as one Reel.
A carousel published as a Post counts as one Post, regardless of the number of items inside the carousel.
An automation run happens when one of your Temlo automations successfully handles a matching Instagram interaction.
Publishing, automation-run and AI-caption allowances refresh with each billing period. Capacity limits such as Instagram accounts, automations and Customer Leads apply to your current plan.
